Operating rules and conditions for transfer services

ARRIVALS - GUIDELINES

For AIRPORT ARRIVALS

45 minutes of waiting time are included for any possible flight delays and/or baggage claim. The 45 minutes starts from the estimated booked landing time.

After the included 45 minutes, the following rates will be applied:

  • Sedan: 94 € + 10% VAT per hour or fraction of it
  • Minivan: 108 € + 10% VAT per hour or fraction of it
  • Minibus or Luxury Sedan: 135 € + 10% VAT per hour or fraction of it

If the delay exceeds 3 hours, the service must be rescheduled, and a new charge will be applied.

The extra charges will be paid via secure virtual link before the end of the service.

For TRAIN STATION ARRIVALS

20 minutes of waiting time are included for any delays. The 20 minutes starts from the estimated booked arriving time.

After the included 20 minutes, the following rates will be applied:

  • Sedan: 94 € + 10% VAT per hour or fraction of it
  • Minivan: 108 € + 10% VAT per hour or fraction of it
  • Minibus or Luxury Sedan: 135 € + 10% VAT per hour or fraction of it

If the delay exceeds 2 hours, the service must be rescheduled, and a new charge will be applied.

The extra charges will be paid via secure virtual link before the end of the service.

DEPARTURES - GUIDELINES

For AIRPORT AND TRAIN STATION DEPARTURES, 20 minutes of waiting are included.

After the included 20 minutes, the following rates will be applied:

  • Sedan: 94 € + 10% VAT per hour or fraction of it
  • Minivan: 108 € + 10% VAT per hour or fraction of it
  • Minibus or Luxury Sedan: 135 € + 10% VAT per hour or fraction of it

A maximum waiting time of 1 hour is guaranteed. After that, the service must be rescheduled, and a new charge will be applied. If the wait is not notified, the transfer will not be guaranteed.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

For any booking changes in the reservation the guest must contact us at our e-mail address: gamestime@pattycar.com

NO-SHOW: In case of NO-SHOW, the service will be fully charged.

Airport Change: In case of landing in a different airport instead of the booked one, the quotation will be recalculated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% refund: If, after the confirmation and the payment, the service is cancelled by October 31st, 2025

50% refund: If, after the confirmation and the payment, the service is cancelled between November 1st, 2025, and January 5th, 2026

Non-refundable: If, after the confirmation and the payment, the service is cancelled from January 6th, 2026, onwards
